Live messenger - cannot send instant messages

"The following message could not be delivered to all recipients"

if the recipient is offline mi message is rejected...cannot find a
solution...it used to work at times...any help please??

if ur trying 2 send instant messages, but cant, it may b coz they have
email, but not messenger. but if they do, then its probably the same problem
i had. in messenger, it has the option 2 send email, add phone etc, but if
the send an offline instant message isnt working, then just either wait 4 10
mins, or close/logout and try again. if the problem keeps on repeating and
repeating, try emailing the messenger people, and they should b able 2 help!
