Language bar disappears when minimizing

I have two keyboards set up: US and Greek. I have set the options at Regional
Settings in order the language bar to appear on my desktop. This happens, but
when I choose to minimize it so as to put it to my task bar, it disappears.
Also, I have tried to move it on the task bar, but it doesn't allow me to put
it there. I can only move it anywhere else on my desktop.

Do anyone know why this is happening? How can I fix it?
