I have Windows XP and recently tried to download MSN
Messanger 6.0 and after the download and installation, a
notification came up that I needed to log on as the
System Administrator in order to complete the
installation process. How do I do that?

Thank you,
Pamela

Pamela, are you set up as a USER, POWER USER or
ADMINISTRATOR?

I believe that power users can install software though if
the software conflicts with high end OS functions such as
management and communication, you may need to be an
administrator to make those modifications as the program
is asking.

The best thing I can do is to say log on as an
administrator or get the person who is the admin and have
them or yourself correct the problem.

Enjoy,

Thomas.
