Hi,
I've just tried to test my RemoteAssistance by sending a request by e-mail
to my fellow coalegue and I've got a message "A program could not start.
Please try again". I' ve checked my firewall settings, and there is an
exception for the RA service. Also, I've tried to establish a RA session from
my coalegue's PC (using his account, ofcourse) and it seemed to work with no
problems. Please, keep in mind that both our PC are exact in a hardware
manner, as in OS manner too. They've been both set up exactly the same (using
a image install). Please advise me hoe to handle this problem.

Waiting for a prompt reply
Thanks
