| Opening up my doubtfully sourced version of "Word" a toolbar and message
tells me it is not genuine and I can sign up for the real one if I pay for
it.
How can I get rid of this irksome reminder ?

You already know the answer. See if you can get some overtime so you
can get a legit copy. |

Roy.
Follow the below instructions to the letter and let us see if we can get rid of this
irksome message that you are getting. When done with the below please post back with
result so as others with same issue can benefit
(1) Delete the offensive program from your computer to stop this error message
(2) Get dressed and go out to purchase a legal copy from your nearest Retailer
(3) Install your newly purchased legal Retail copy of the program
(4) Open the newly installed Retail copy
Does it work properly now? Is that error message that you were getting gone?
Please post back and let us know

Gee fellas, a bit harsh, I'll try to save my pension excesses and do what
you have suggested.
