Floppy disk drive doesn't appear in the My Computer folder

I had not trouble with this drive until today when I discovered I couldn't
run a disk. When I checked the driver details it said "Windows cannot load
this device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupt or missing
(Code 39)". I checked for help on the Microsoft site and it's for XP; I am
running Vista Home Premium Ed. It said to remove the FlashPath Monitor which
I couldn't find and I tried the repair but what I was directed to type was
already there. Don't know what to do next.Pls help!

I found the answer further down the page...it was the Arcsoft program that
was causing the problem so I did the patch and everything works. I had just
installed a new Epson printer and that was the problem...many thanks anyway.
