How to edit MOD video files with MOD video editor?

The MOD video editor program-MOD video Converter brings you an efficient way to edit MOD video files from JVC Everio, Canon, Panasonic camcorders. You can trim long MOD files to small segments, join MOD video clips into one file, adjust video effects, and change the video style, etc. Now, let's start to edit MOD following the guide.

1. Merge MOD files
Load your MOD files to MOD video editor, tick "Merge into one file" option, and set the output profile and directory, finally press Convert button, you'll get the combined mod video files when the conversion task finished.

 <<-- click to expand

2. Trim MOD video files
Click Edit icon and select Trim window, now you can trim the MOD videos in three ways.
A: Directly drag and drop the slide bars under the preview window to select the trim video parts. The first slide bar is to set the start trim point, and the second one is to set the end trim point.

B:When the MOD video is playing, click the left bracket to set the start time, and click the right bracket to set the end time.

C: On the left editing panel, adjust the start/end time or directly type exact time points into the value box and then click OK.

 <<-- click to expand

3. Adjust the video effects
Switch to Effect window, you can change the MOD video brightness, contrast, saturation, and apply the video style: gray, emboss, old film.

 <<-- click to expand

4. Remove black sides
Still in Edit windows, go to Crop panel. On the preview image, drag and drop the dashed-line to remove the unwanted black bars. Or type the exact parameters into the left, right, top, bottom to set the crop area.
