I am having trouble in that my email messages that should be going to
Earthlink.net are instead going to Windows mail. Here is the chat response
that I received from Earthlink - This will happen if, you have configured
your email address in any of the email program (Total Access, Outlook
Express, Outlook, etc.) and the "Leave a copy of this message on the server "
option is not checked the email messages will directly be downloaded to the
email program and you will not have the email message on the server (webMail)
..
OK, now I'm trying to find the "leave a copy of this message on the server"
(Earthlink) but I can't find it on Windows mail. What am I doing wrong. |

In Windows Mail go to Tools, Accounts, click the account, Properties,
Advanced.

Thank you Gary - sometimes I can't see the forest for the trees as they say.
