I have a problem which just started about a week ago.
I downloaded a file and placed it in a particular folder.
I went to that folder and opened it and the file wasn't shown.
Using my downloader, I opened the target folder and it shows up.
This has now happened several times.
Can anyone suggest a solution?
Thanks
Chuck

HOW TO Search For Hidden Or System Files In Windows XP:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/302347/en-us

If you find it this way, rightclick it and remove the checks from hidden or
system Properties.

You can change the way you view hidden files. Go to start/run, and type:

control folders

The View tab has a checkbox to view hidden files.

These are NOT hidden or system files. They were the Firefox and
Thunderbird installer and a pdf file
