Post subject: Dial-up baud rate display.
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>vista>general (more info?)

In previous versions of Windows, the dial up baud rate was displayed by
rolling the pointer over the connection screens in the tray. With Vista, the
only way I can see the baud rate is to right click on the screens and then
open the "Network and Sharing center".

This is very laborious and cumbersome compared to the previous method. Is
there an easier way to monitor the dial-up baud rate?
