Post subject: Desktop Icons keep resizing themselves
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>vista>general (more info?)
After running certain applications, all my desktop icons resize themselves
smaller- maybe 10% or so.

A right click | Refresh always restores them to their proper size.

Any idea why this is happening and is there some way to stop it?

Have you accidentally kept Ctrl button down while scrolling mouse wheel?
That changed desktop resolution, and increasingly it also zooms in/out in
many Windows applications
