Hi Everyone!

I am working on a customers XP Home Edition with SP2 computer and there
arn't ANY short cuts on his desktop. When I try to create a short cut, it
acts like it saved it but it does not show up. So I try to save another
shortcut with the same name and it says it already exists!

Where in the hell are the short cuts? Why arn't they showing up?

Please help!

Right-click the Desktop, click "Arrange icons by", click "Show Desktop
