Post subject: Computer freezes when deleting or downloading new mail

| I have a brand new laptop and am trying to connect to work
emial from home through vpn client. All goes well untill I
click to download a new message or delete an existing one
then the whole system freezes. I have replaced the modem,
done a windows update and reimaged the system but nothing
works....help
