Company of Heroes Gold Edition patch not updating.

Alright, so i just bought COH today and after installing it it prompted
me to download a patch. I did this, but had to restart it at about 99%
as it froze, but was fine the second time. It then prompted me to
download the next patch, and i've been stuck on 3.09 mb for a few hours
now, ive tried restarting it and such, with nothing happening. any ideas
on what to do? running vista x64 ultimate with 2048 MB of memory, a
Geforce 8800 graphics card and my processor is Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 @
2400 MHz
