Right-Click Menu Problem

I just noticed a problem with my right-click menu. When try to bring up the
right-click menu in Vista it responds really slowly and shows up clear (see
through). If I move the mouse over it then the menu gains color and the menu
options (words) show up. This happens in most applications (although not
Firefox or Office applications).

This is a fairly recent development. I don't know exactly when it started,
but I wasn't having this problem before. Any advice?

Hi Canaws,

This is caused by a program adding a bad Context menu item. You should
use this free program "ShellExView" to look at the "Context Menu" items
for non-Microsoft programs to find the bad one. Test by disabling them
one by one. Instuctions are at the site.
