I'm unable to remotely connect with my office desktop as I keep getting a
message that requires me to do something with my Active X control. I can't
find out if I have it installed and if I don't how do I install it. I'm using
Mozilla Firefox 3.0.6 and IE 8

What version of XP are you running? If its SP2 you can download and install
the RDC 6.1 client that includes an updated ActiveX control for Remote
Desktop.

If its SP3 then you should already have it.

What is the exact error message your getting?
