How do I set execution and raise priority early in boot up..

Post subject: How do I set execution and raise priority early in boot up in XP?

Shortly after boot up of Windows XP, I find that if I manually use the Task
Manager to raise the priority of my firewall, and the firewall will
immediately become fully executional within the next second.

However, if I don't raise the priority, sometimes it takes a minute or two
before being fully executional.

This suggests that it would be good to execute and immediately raise the
priority of my firewall early in the boot up process.

Can anyone tell me how I can cleanly do this?
