If you know the extensions of the files:
Start > Search > For Files or Folders.
In the Search for box type: *.extension **Change extension to the actual ext.
Select the drive and click Search Now.
To delete select/duplicates hold down the CTRL key and click on each file you want
to select.
Once selected press DEL or click the red X in the toolbar to delete the files
selected.
Close out when done.

Be careful when using any third party application and if you do delete the
duplicates to the recycle bin in case it deletes some duplicate files which may be
needed.
