I have been trying to download games to my temporary file but I keep getting
a pop up box saying that it has failed because I may not have the necessary
permissions. Can anyone help.

Hi loz,

That may be true if you don't have full access to that
directory. Can you dowload those files to Desktop?

Hi active pop up is not active,

Try using an administrator account to download those games.
It seems as your regular user account doesn't have permission.
