Show up in task manager but won't show GUI

Hello. Some programs i run do show up in task manager but won't show GUI.
These are the only 2 i had problem with:
SetupX.exe (nero 7 installer)
easyrecovery.exe - Easy Recovery Main Executable.

Those programs run in taskmanager but i can't see the gui neither can switch
to it with alt-tab.

The second program (easyrecovery is running just fine in safemode, where the
first one could not run since windows installer can't run in safemode)

Is there a way to fix that?
