I try to enable remote assistance on one machine. I disable firewall on that
machine, forward routers port 3389 to machine IP, but still don't have
access from outside computer. What I missed?

Does it work from an "inside" computer?

If you are using either of the file methods (e-mail or create file and send
that), you need to edit the file which is sent. You can do this just with
notepad. Look through it for your internal (LAN) IP and replace that with
your external ip. No idea how to do that with the MSN method.
