Lost Visibility of NAS Drive

OK, but it had been visible in 'Computer' for four months but has only just
become hidden.

Don't know. What changed between the time things worked and the time
they didn't? If "only just" means a few days, try a System Restore to
when things worked.

Hi
I have the same problem. I have Qnap TS-101 NAS server. Sometimes its
partitions are shown under Network drives other times they do not appear,
instead its twonky server shows. However at all times I am able to map to a
partition on it.
Strange.. Havent found a solution yet

Hi, New to Vista. been running 2 NAS servers for ove a year and 4 XP pro
machines. Do not have any problems with XP, but Vista does not want to play
ball.
Ii have turned off all fire walls etc and it still hangs when looking at the
NAS drives.

Just to prove a point, I installed a virtual copy of XP in Vista, and what
do you know, it can see the NAS drives.

Before you ask, yes its fully updated Vista Ult (32bit).

Something is wrong with Vista !
