I can not figure out how to get to the security permissions for my individual
folders. I am trying to add some security permissions for a folder that I
have on my local PC. However, I can not get to the tab that should allow me
to do this.

I am a computer administrator, so I would think that I have the correct
rights.

I was given the link below that shows me how to set up permissions, however,
I do not have the Security tab where I can add new user names.

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/winxppro/maintain/filesharing.mspx

Please provide me in advice that you believe might help.

Thank you.
