Do a search in the Windows Registry for these items. They should link
to the product for which they are enumerated. |

Could bve one component missing from the setup. Refer also to the shortcut
table on the page.

GHalleck was the one I tried - seemed to be the quickest and it worked. I
have no doubt that the others would have as well

OK - Here we go again I am getting the same Event Error --
Detection of product '{F428D0FB-765D-40EB-BDD8-A1E7F5C597FA}', feature
'Main' failed during request for component
'{D2D7B4BF-6CCA-11D5-8B3F-00105A9846E9}'
I do not have any Corel software installed - that I know of. The IDs are not
present in the Registry or on my harddrive - at least there are 0 search
results.
I tried the Microsoft Cleanup Utility, but there are no longer any entries
in the dialog box from which to choose. I redownloaded the applet,
uninstalled, reinstalled and still nothing in the box. Hmmmm. I reinstalled
Windows installer 3.x.
This error seems only to occur with Roxio 9/Creator Classic.
Solutions - ??

I finally, got a solution. I decided to contact the vendor of the application
that was activating the error log entry - Roxio Easy Media Creator. They
first gave me a link to one of their repair utilities - nada. Then asked for
a dxdiag report. After analysing that the had me link to nVidia for video
card update. The new drivers worked. The drivers I had installed were current
for the card I have FX5200, but there must have been changes in Roxio EMC
that needed the Forceware update.
