I am unable to copy and paste files into Outlook Express
emails of photos/files from various folders.

I right-click the file/photo and Copy, but when I got to
the email the Paste is grayed out.

This became a problem after loading some Microsoft
updates, but I do not know which one specifically.

Would appreciate some help.

Check to see if your e-mail is now just "plain Text".
Try setting to RTF or HTML

What are your Mail Sending settings at? Plain Text or HTML?
