Contact HP.
It sounds like there may be hardware failure of some sort. You could try
using a BartPE or Ultimate Windows Boot CD to access your data and see if
the machine will boot.
If you tap F8 at power up (once per second) can you get to a screen that
allows you to go to Safe Mode?
