Next:  Print jobs not spooling (apparently)--but spooler..

I followed steps 15 through 17, it didn't work for me. Are there any other
solutions out there? I have the same problem, the print stays in the que and
the spooler stops before it can print. I restart the spooler but it does not
stay on.

Uninstall and reinstall the printer. The spooler crashing/becoming
corrupted is almost always done to corrupted printer drivers.
