Post subject: remote desktop conn scrambles the desktop on my host computer
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>work_remotely (more info?)
whenever i use rdc to connect to my host computer, it always scrambles the
icons on my host's desktop and i have to re-arrange it when i get home. is
there a way to prevent this ?

Use the same resolution..
Or..
Get a third party application (may already be one in your Video Software)
that remembers the ocon layout (can save and restore it.)
