Win Movie Maker 2 to a Analog VHS (PAL or NTSC) via s-
video or normal video+audio plug.

MovieMaker2 will not output to an analog video recorder. If you have a
digital camcorder, you can output it to the camcorder and then send it to
the vcr that way!
