my processor speed has slowed when i go to bios it is

The BIOS is a function of your motherboard.
Check your manual or contact the motherboard/computer manufacturer for
details.

You could try Resetting Defaults.

Some OEMs like people not to "tweak" their processor, b/c
it is hard on warranties.

I agree with J.Jones, Contact your hardware vendor.
