can't play internet video anymore-"youtube",msn news video..

up until a few days i was able to play msn news video,youtube videos and
ultimate fighting mutimedia interviews, now i cant. On the youtube site, it
says my java is out dated or off, i re-installed it on the sun java ste and
it tested ok, then for the ufc site, it said i need to install adobe reader,
which again i did and it tested ok, then i installed a new firewall, and both
were ok'd to access the net. I went into internet security setting and
enabled all active scripting, and still nothing. What else is there???? My
comp is a HP media center xp pro.

Im having the same problem...can someone help us with this one?
