Post subject: parental controls
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>security_admin (more info?)

i have two accounts on my computer mine which is adm. and then a kids account
which is limited. i was veiwing the history on that account and realized
that, someone ( babysitter) but not sure which one 3 have used that account
have gone to sites that are not "g" or even "PG" rated! is there away to set
a parental control so that they will not be able to access these sites or
any others??? please help if you can.

helps.
And/or put the computer in a locked room when you aren't there. Nothing is
foolproof when it comes to this sort of thing.

that was great thanks so much for your help. i dont have the option to lock
the computer in a room if i did that would be the first place it would go. i
have it set now that you need password access to any site that isnt on the
allowed list . sneaky i know but better than them looking at this with my 10
and 6 yr olds around.. again thanks for the help.
