How to find public IP address of RD client?

I used netstat previoulsy, but I can't tell who is who if there are 12
connections on port 3389 coming from different IPs...

You asked about IP's, not who is who.
For names use tsadmin | sessions

You might look at the logging on the Remote Desktop host... This page has
some information about logging for an XP host...
