How do i fix this, it wasworking a while ago.

Archived from groups: per prev. post (more info?)

Boot into Safe Mode, open Device Manager, remove all instances of the audio
card, reboot into Normal Mode, Wndows SHOULD redetect hardware and install
drivers.
