Terminal Services Connection Error

I am using Remote Deskop connection to connect Windows
2000 server. When i try to connect i get this error
message,
"The connection was ended because of a network error.
Please try connecting to the remote computer again".

But i am able to ping my server. What could be the
problem.

Nanda,

Is the error message coming up right as you are trying to connect, or after
you are logged in?
