Post subject: Disable the Esc key in Remote Assistance?
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>work_remotely (more info?)

I need to perform remote assistance for clients and one of the main
applications I support uses the escape key as an action key. This is a
legacy program that can not be modified. Everytime I connect to a PC to see
what's wrong they hit the escape key to action an item, and I get
disconnected. Does anyone know how to disable this key, or at least reassign
it to another key?
