Hi,

I recently had to format / reinstall a laptop at work.
It's running XP Pro with SP2 and all other updates. Since
the reinstall, it won't automatically detect when we plug
in the USB floppy drive. In fact, the only time it'll
detect the USB floppy drive is if we power down, plug in
the drive and reboot - which is obviously pretty
inconvenient!

Any ideas?

Cheers!

Jo
