Weird Scenario here...

I loaded a linux client and used the linux RDP client to successfully
connect to my XP Pro Laptop. I closed session and then tried to log into my
laptop locally. Password isn't recognized. Weird. SO I terminal in with my XP
destop, get in just fine with the admin password. Try laptop again, no dice.
Go back into the laptop, change the admin password and put in a reminder
question. The password I selectr has zero of the characters of the first
password to rule out keyboard error.

Try new password locally, no dice, but it does have the new reminder I set up.

I went back into RDP and transferred all critical files off the laptop.

Other tidbit, I enabled the RDP on the laptop today. Previosuly, I used it
to only remote into other boxes, so I'm not sure what happened.

Any pros want to tackle this one?
