Verify that the form size you are adding is within the boundaries of the
Custom settings in the gpd file for the printer.
The gpd is usually filename.gpd where the filename has something to do with
the printer name
kxp1121.gpd
it's a text file. There should be a CUSTOM section of the inf
Also you could experiment by creating several forms of different sizes and
determine which forms are available for the queue.
