I'm running Windows XP and Office XP Pro and ActiveSync
v3.5 with a Toshiba e335 PocketPC. My computer crashed
and PocketPC screen broke recently. Both are now fixed
and seem to be working fine, except that I now cannot
sync my Outlook inbox with my PocketPC.
When my PocketPC is disconnected from the USB cradle
ActiveSync allows me to go to check the 'Inbox' box on
the 'Sync Options' tab after clicking on 'Options.' I
click on 'OK' and Inbox appears under 'Information Types'
in the main window of ActiveSync. However, once I try to
sync, the 'Inbox' line disappears from the main window of
ActiveSync and everything else syncs fine.
After synchronization if I click on 'Options' again (with
the PocketPC still in the cradle and connected) and go to
the 'Sync Options' tab, the 'Inbox' icon appears
_without_ a checkbox to even check. Every other
information type has a checkbox except the inbox.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Adam
