stuck on ipaq 3850 willnot connect with active sync

or soft reset. it is frozen on with only screen colors.no
switches work.happened after i installed actrive sync 3.5.
it is 2002 model help

I rather doubt it's ActiveSync. Try a hard reset - hold down the two
outer buttons (buttons 1 and 4) while pressing your stylus into the
soft reset button and hold until the display begins to fade.
