I get a pop up which stops my sync process. It states
contains suspicious scripting. I have re-installed 3.7 &
it is still happening. What does this mean? How can I
fix it?

Hi,
You need to allow ActiveSync to run the script - it is launching Outlook to
sync with your Pocket PC.

I bet you have McAfee VirusScan installed.
