Hi everyone!

I have a BIG problem. I can not start my Pocket Pc...

I have HP's iPAQ h2210. Yesterday I i experienced a problem with
'ActiveSync' and had to reset the device.. Now I can not start it.

When I press the reset button starts up, but the OS never starts. All I get
is a white screen instead of the login screen.

What should i do? I have tried resetting several times by pressing the reset
button on the back of the device.
What is the difference between a soft and a hard reset, and how do I perform
each one of them?

Thanx alot in advance!

Best Regards
JESPER

To soft reset you insert the sylus in the small hole in the back and
press. To hard reset you hold down buttons 1 and four (the two outside
buttons) while pressing on the stylus in the reset hole. This should
hopefully fix your problem.

whoops... forgot to make mention of an important fact. When you hard
reset ALL data is erased from your device.
