setting working times in calendar

How do I set what the working time is in Calendar (i.e. how do I change the
8am-5pm area that is yellow to something larger to show it as work time in
the day)?

AFAIK it is only changeable as a registry tweak. Tweaks2K provides a way of
doing it. http://www.pc-counselor.com/downloads.htm. Keep in mind that this
is purely cosmetic. the working hours color change doesn't relate to
anything else.
