Post subject: How to record phone call programmatically
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>pocketpc, others (more info?)

Hello all,

I like to write a phone call recording application. However I am unable to
figure out how to capture incoming voice data from the built-in modem in the
pocket pc (or windows mobile 5.0).

Any ideas/hints?

Thanks,

Arsalan

First, you need to know that, without some hacking & registry editing (see
my dedicated articles), very-very few WinMo phone models suppport call
recording - that is, it's plain impossible to get the other party recorded
(or, with some models like the O2 Flame, your part). Is this the problem
you've run into, or, are you looking for the API calls?

Thanks for the reply. I am looking for the API calls.
