Can VS.net 2003 to build programe run on old CE System?

Next:  Can I get a memory larger than 64MB on Pocket PC ..

I want to use the VS.net 2003 builde a CE programe,but,Can it run on pocket
pc ?or pocket pc 2002 laster?

Archived from groups: per prev. post (more info?)
You need to install compact framework on older Pocket PC devices since it
was not included in ROM before 2003. Otherwise, you CF apps will run just
fine.
