No menu on Sied (using Visor Neo).

Can someone tell me if Sied works on Visor Neo with Palm 3.5.2?

Or if there's another decent freeware text editor out there? (and if so,
do I need another program to sync files to it?)

I run SiEd on a TRGpro with ver. 3.5.3. It even works with my VFS
supported CF slot. New releases are frequent and the author is top notch.
