Questions about ipaq 4155

There's a few problems I've been having with my ipaq 4155 and
was wondering if there are any workarounds.

- When using IE on yp.yahoo.com, it's not able to use the pulldown
menu for my saved locations. When I try to use the pulldown menu,
it just fills out one character in the address field (leaving
the city and state blank) instead of filling it out completely.
This means that I end up having to manually enter the address of
the desired location to search from if it's not already set to what
I need.

- Internet Explorer frequently hangs and the only way I can get out
of that mode is by resetting the device. Is there a way to
restart IE without having to reset the device?

- Is there a recommended way for creating/downloading MP3's to the
device?

- Many of the apps are not useful. For example, I cannot view previews
on yahoo movies because the player I have is considered "too old"
by yahoo. Is there a way to upgrade these apps?

When I bought the device, I was looking primarily for something to
store contacts in a portable fashion. The 4155 does do that, but
the extra money that I spent for the wireless capability doesn't seem
to be worth it.
