For some reason my WIFI card has quit working on my iPAQ 4355. I have
tried both through a VPN connection at work and also on my wireless
connection at home unsuccessfully. Prior to yesterday it was working
perfectly at both locations.

Is there a way to troubleshoot the internal WIFI component?

My iPAQ is only 6 months old.

No way that I know of. It would be great to have a schematic of pocketpc
devices but it seems like the oem's are not going to give them up. Have you
tried backing up your ppc and hard resetting it? It may be a problem with
another program or something could've been corrupted.

I did a soft reset today and my ppc failed to
start. It seems to hard reset by itself .

I wouldn't quite say that 'get used to it' is beneficial
to one's expectations when it comes to $xxx devices.
My experience hasn't been as such so far.
Perhaps for you there is something else going on on your
device that is escaping your attention, and the group
could help you with?.
