Hi Miguel,

Windows Mobile 2003 doesn't support IPsec. IPsec comes into play with
Windows Mobile's VPN (not wireless) and is used only for L2TP VPN
connections. Both Professional and Premium support L2TP VPN.

Only HP can tell if it is possible to upgrade the h1940 to the Premium
Edition. The Professional is normally used only with small-ROM devices where
their is not enough room for the Premium features (Microsoft Reader,
Terminal Services Client, and Pictures).
